The authors need to address the following key points before re-submitting their paper:

1. Ask a native English speaker to proof-read your paper so that al typos are corrected or use a professional editing service. The paper contains sentences missing verbs and punctuation, unnecessary capitalization of words and even paragraph with unfinished phrases. For too many paragraphs it is not easy to understand the meaning. Take as an example the very first sentence of your Abstract, i.e. "The development of electric vehicles in the world is in development including maritime transportation". It needs rephrasing in my opinion. Please proof-read your paper.

2. Correct the numbering of your Sections - Introduction should start with 1, not 0.

3. Please indicate the software used for simulations and to obtain your results.

4. Please make sure that all acronyms used in the paper have been introduced and that have been introduced only once.

5. Please ensure that all figures have a readable legend and units for the physical quantities. Moreover, please comment the figures in the order they have introduced.

6. All figures should have the same font and size for their text. Same applies to paragraph, so please use the same font, size indentation and alignment.

7. The following expressions are not clear, as I miss the meaning of them:

- "lithium battery SOC rule", line 79. What rule?

- "full play", in various lines of the paper

- "initial velocity of SOC equilibrium", line 228

- "high frequency power", line 617, 620, etc. The power is of DC type, so what do you mean?

- "more accurate current distribution", line 143. How do you define this?

Please rephrase all these, if possible, or explain the terms.

8. Relation (5) shows a voltage drop, but you name it "deviation value". Why? Also, R_SOCi in (10) is a resistance, but you name it "sag factor". Why?

The paper has been improved significantly and it can be accepted after some minor corrections:

- ensure that the acronyms are used once they have been introduced. For example, fuel cell (FC) has been introduced, but in the text, you continue to use fuel cell, not FC. Other examples of acronyms not always used: energy storage system (ESS), state of charge (SOC), particle swarm optimization (PSO). Introduce the acronym first time the word is introduced in the text.

- please introduce the explanation you have given for my comment number 7 in the paper as it will ensure that the readers understand the meaning of the terms you have used.

- for same reasons, please include the explanation given to me for "more accurate current distribution" (comment number 6) in your paper.
